Keyboard – Charles Bosco

Charles Bosco is a multi-talented artist who was born in Colombo (Sri Lanka). Before he could reach the age of one, he and his family came to London where he was brought up. As he grew up in London he gained knowledge in musical instruments such as keyboard, drums and tabla. He learnt electronic keyboard from Maestro Sarangan Sriranganathan who brought him through various stages in the Trinity College of Music, London. After Charles reached the age of eleven he learnt drums from Mr.Hatty, who is the backbone of many upcoming rock bands. Charles continued learning a variety of instruments under masters such as R.N Prakash and R. Prathap.

Charles was so honoured to work along with music companies such as Not2BMissed Ltd, who produce music for feature films and BigBoyz, which is run by Mr.Skillz who is the producer of many artists such as Lemar, Jamelia and BigBrovaz. The young musician has recently created his own music studio (Bosco Studios) with a wide range of recording and mixing equipments and has been producing music for many upcoming artists such as Anusha, Komo, Tilla Man, Lexy Do, Hope, Jackson, Magnum, K Dogg, Nubrid, Princeten, Dushan, Tayo Kazeem, Sister Maria, Steve Cliff and Awele.
Recent projects of Charles include tracks such as ‘Breathe’ which hit the Number 1 spot on the BBC Asian Network, Zee Kay's 'On Fire' and 'Inspiration'. He also provided tracks for South-Indian film with Music Director Vijay Antony who is renowned for ‘Nakku Mukku’. Charles is also producing Benny Dayal’s solo debut album. Benny, who is known for singing ‘Omana Penne’, ’Taxi’ and many more is one of India’s most versatile singers.
After the success of producing music for the Aathichudi fame Dinesh Kanagaratnam, Charles has been given the opportunity to score for two South-Indian Tamil movies this summer under NIC Arts who have produced many of Ajith Kumar’s films including Godfather, Ji, Red and Citizen.
